Clients can give us a call or email us the list of groceries or other home needs that they need to purchase. Charges will be as per follow:
S$50 and below: S$10 per trip
Above S$50 - S$99.90: S$15 per trip
Above S$100 - S$150: S$20 per trip
Above S$150: S25 per trip
*Delivery Charges are kept at a maximium of S$25 per trip.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Deliveries are available in Singapore mainland only. Depending on when your orders are received by us, you would have the following options:
Order received:
before 1.30pm: (a) same day delivery between 4.30pm to 6.30pm or (b) next working day between 10.30am to 12.30am
after 1.30pm: next working day between 12.30pm to 3.30pm
2. Our deliveries are available from Mondays to Saturdays, 1030am to 6.30pm.
3. There will be no delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders received on these days will be delivered on the next working day after 12.30pm.
4. Deliveries are made on the premise that customers or their representatives will be available to receive their purchases.
5. In the event that customers or their representatives are not present to receive the delivery, a notification slip will be left at the premise to notify the customer and another delivery time will be arranged.
6. We practise a fair and transparent system of passing delivery charges, on a cost-to-cost basis, directly to customers who need our delivery services.
7. We do not build delivery costs into product prices, you can always be assured that you are paying similar prices as compared to shopping in NTUC stores.
8. This also means that you are entitled to enjoy convenience of our delivery service without the need of meeting a minimum amount of purchase each time.
