1. For regular housekeeping services, clients will need to provide their own cleaning products and equipment as they would know what will be their preference.
2. We will assign a regular housekeeper to service your premise. This ensures that the housekeeper would be familiar with your individual needs and requirement. Should the housekeeper resign/unable to make it, we will provide a substitute from our team of resources at no additional charge.
3. It is not necessary for our clients to be at home. Our company will manage your key and you can have your house cleaned and tidied while you are out or at work. However, please note that if otherwise preferred, the client can make the necessary arrangements with our management.
4. Our Cleaning Time is from Monday to Saturday, 9.30am – 6.30pm
5. There will be no cleaning on Sunday, Public Holidays and Lunar New Year eve. If the cleaning day happens to fall on a public holiday, we shall re-schedule you another day.
6. Clients do not need to sign long term contract with us. However, one month notice before termination of service must be given.
7. To avoid misunderstanding, we urge our client to keep their valuables in a secure place. However, should there be a serious criminal offence, the client may want to leave to the hands of the police.
8. Ideally, we encourage our clients to take weekly schedule which is more economical and the house will look much cleaner and neater.
9. A non-refundable deposit may be requested upon confirmation for the house cleaning.
10. During the contractual period, client are not allowed to break the contract. Should the client break the contract, they are to pay the Full Actual Amount and the deposit will be forfeited.
11. Hutland may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to these Terms & Conditions and may also withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without notice or liability to any person.
